Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, this policy is now being consistently enforced. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total • No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total We understand that emergencies happen and do allow for true emergencies and a one-time courtesy waiver. While this is not something we enjoy enforcing, last-minute cancellations make it extremely difficult to fill the appointment time. To remain fair and consistent for all clients, this policy is applied equally. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
